Abstract

This degree work carried out in the internship modality highlights the evolution and challenges in condominium property in Colombia, focusing on the phenomenon of unbundling. These disaggregations, the subdivision of a property according to legal regulations, present legal, administrative and technical complexities, affecting owners and government entities such as the Special Administrative Unit of District Cadastre. The report aims to analyze these breakdowns from the perspective of the UAECD, proposing an efficient methodology to reduce response times. Legal aspects, technical criteria, administrative challenges will be addressed and case studies will be explored. The complexity of the breakdowns justifies the need for this study, which seeks to optimize processes through technological tools, administrative simplification and promoting collaboration between entities. The objective is to contribute to an efficient methodological framework and strengthen the capacity of the UAECD to face the challenges associated with horizontal property unbundlings.
