Resumen
This work stems from the work of collecting and analyzing information by indigenous delegates who are participating in the forum for dialogue, discussion and articulation, known as MIAACC (Mesa Indigenous Amazonian Environmental and Climate Change), this part of the vision information and own context that exists in the entire region of the Colombian Amazon, and aims to collect the main problems associated with the environment and natural resources found. This first work of rapprochement with the bases of the Amazonian peoples aims to establish the guidelines, principles and basic construction Environmental Agenda recommendations in the Colombian Amazon. To make this preliminary proposal of the Amazon region environmental agenda, a general territorial analysis performed allowed to find similarities, but also recognizing differences in each territory; for this purpose and in order to facilitate understanding, an overview is presented, but also occurs within each individual problem cases are given according to specific areas of the Amazon. Similarly to identify the territorial vision and overview is presented at the end of a division based on cultural affinities present in each area, related environmental issues and objectives similar management; collecting and grouping the departments in the following areas. Amazon South (Department of Amazonas). Northwest Amazon (Department of Putumayo, Caqueta and Guaviare). Amazon Northeast (Department of Vaupes and Guainía)
