Abstract

In Colombia it has developed land use plans (POT) as tools that allow the favorable development of municipalities. Country planning involves a set of political and administrative actions and physical planning aimed at defining territorial strategies of use, occupation and land management. regulations as tools of intermediate development planning and regulation of certain urbanisticos factors such as indices of construction, occupancy and limiting the uses tabs are set under the (POT) Ibague (Decree No. 834 of 2014). Regulations for building chips is need for a comprehensive spatial analysis of physical, economic and social conditions of the municipality in order to delimit the sectors regulated by regulatory chips, which provide guidelines to guide the development of the region. It is for this that the "Union Temporal Management and Planning 2014" provides consulting services for the development of regulatory records and the delimitation of the sectors and subsectors set in the UPZs characterized by administrative, commercial and cultural centrality within the perimeter urban: UPZs cultural and administrative center, stadium and UPZ UPZ Jordan.
