Resumen
The degree work "Spatial and Temporal Analysis of High Impact Cadastral Procedures of Pre and Post Pandemic (2019 - 2023) in Bogotá using GIS" examines the evolution of cadastral procedures in the city before, during and after the COVID-19 pandemic, using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to identify spatial and temporal patterns. The research focuses on high-impact procedures, such as deglobes, englobes, assessment reviews and capacity and boundaries certifications, analyzing their distribution and frequency in the different locations of Bogotá. The findings show a drastic reduction in procedures in 2020 due to health restrictions, followed by a gradual recovery between 2021 and 2023, driven by digitization and economic reactivation. It is observed that the localities with the highest population density, such as Suba and Ciudad Bolívar, concentrate the largest number of procedures, while rural areas such as Sumapaz register the lowest activity. The study concludes that the pandemic accelerated the digitization of cadastral processes, highlighting the need to strengthen modernization strategies and urban legalization policies to improve the efficiency of the cadastral system. The research provides key information for the Sub-Management of Citizen Participation and Attention (SPAC) of the UAECD, facilitating decision-making based on spatial data and contributing to a more efficient and adaptive cadastral management.
