Abstract

High Nutrition Company S.A.S is a company dedicated to the import and commercialization of pharmaceutical products. Understanding that companies with this business model, coordinate most of their operations based on the supply chain, focuses on the development of this project in its analysis. We opted for a descriptive cross-sectional non-experimental research design, that is to say that the system was observed in a certain time window to extract information as it occurs in its natural context, with the objective of investigating the incidence of different variables that regulate the Current behavior of the supply chain in High Nutrition Company S.A.S, using the SCOR model to provide management indicators in the activities of the supply chain and making a methodological proposal based on the theory of a WMS system for warehouse management.
