| dc.description | El uso de una aplicación móvil la cual permite difundir la noticia del robo de motocicletas en tiempo real, notificando a la policía y a los ciudadanos cercanos al evento, comunicando las características del vehículo y la ubicación del hecho, podrá contribuir al aumento de la cantidad de motocicletas recuperadas después del hurto y disminuir los robos. Siendo esta una posible alternativa para contribuir a menguar el número de personas afectadas por la pérdida de su motocicleta a manos de delincuentes en la ciudad de Bogotá, la cual es una fuerte problemática en la actualidad. Partiendo de esta hipótesis y para establecer si es viable o no desarrollar este producto, es de vital importancia realizar el proyecto que permita conocer las probabilidades de éxito o fracaso de este producto, antes de realizar una inversión. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | The use of a mobile application which allows spreading the news of the theft of motorcycles in real time, notifying the police and citizens close to the event, communicating the characteristics of the vehicle and the location of the event, may contribute to the increase of the amount of motorcycles recovered after theft and decrease thefts. This being a possible alternative to help reduce the number of people affected by the loss of their motorcycle to criminals in the city of Bogotá, which is a major problem today. Starting from this hypothesis and to establish if it is viable or not to develop this product, it is vital to carry out the project that allows knowing the probabilities of success or failure of this product, before making an investment. | spa |
