Resumen
The Agent-Based Models (MBA) are computational methods that allow a researcher to create, analyze and experiment with models composed of agents that interact with a medium to execute a simulation of social systems and spatial systems, one of the clearest examples of these systems is the urban development, we will talk about the development that is evident in the city of Bogotá (Colombia), which has a population increase that directly affects the generation of housing, where different socioeconomic factors show evidence of an illegal settlement process in the most vulnerable areas of the city. This proyect develops, analyzes and explains an (MBA) that simulates urban growth in the UPZ 65 (Arborizadora-Bogotá), emphasizing the gestation of legal and illegal housing starting in 2004 and ending in 2013, the results show the possible changes generated during this period of time, all according to the criteria chosen by the user.
