Diseño de módulo didáctico en arqueoastronomía como apoyo a las actividades del Observatorio Astronómico de la Universidad Distrital

Abstract

This work presents a proposal for a didactic sequence applied to the knowledge of Archaeoastronomy in some pre-Hispanic constructions of the department of Boyacá. Some theoretical activities are proposed in conjunction with astronomical observations and simulations with models to determine the existing vision of the sun in the Muiscas. In addition to the explanation and understanding of the importance of the sun for the people and nowadays, the door is opened to carry out new scientific research at the Astronomical Observatory of the Francisco José de Caldas District University LatitUD. The study of the Sun is a great field in Astronomy, with the existing equipment at the Observatory will surely continue to obtain important results for science and making use of these as a pedagogical support.
