Resumen
The work takes part in the field of geocritics and literary cartography, which is a disciplinary field that host the study of space in Colombian Literature, and more precisely the relationships between the geographic spaces of the city and the fictional spaces built in literary works. Through these, poetics of the body and space are born, calling as well their symbolic decipherment. They also contribute to the understanding of the urban fabric of the territories and the ideological perspectives that the author sets in motion in such a dialogue. From this perspective, this research proposes the understanding of ways by which the space of the house is represented in the novels Páginas de vuelta and Una Casa en Bogotá, by the Colombian writer Santiago Gamboa (SG). Under this intention, the strategies by which the fictional space of the house is built are analyzed, together with the relationships that are woven with the exterior spaces. Considering aspects from the narratological perspective of Mieke Bal (1990), contributions of the Geoliterature by Aurora Pimentel (2001) and the theoretical traces built around space and literature arranged by Fernando Aínsa, Agraz and Sánchez-H (2017). This methodology will bring efforts from an hermeneutical-interpretive research, to consolidate the contributions to the literary studies of the writer SG and the consolidated analyzes in the field of literature and space.
