Diseño de una Red para la Transferencia de Conocimientos y Resultados de Investigación. Una Mirada desde la Dinámica de Sistemas.

Abstract

The aim of this document is to present a simulated model of network relationships for the transfer of knowledge and research results at the national level, through the dynamic analysis of systems, which contributes to the formulation of a public policy adjusted to the conditions and capacities from the country. In the first chapter there is a brief introduction to the concept of transfer, the actors involved, and the background presented in Colombia and the world. In the second chapter, the characterization of the system and the understanding of the relations are carried out, later in the third chapter the diagnosis is made with the direct accompaniment of the actors and in the fourth part the computational model is carried out that leads to the simulation of a series of policies to turn them into policy guidelines. Finally, in the fifth chapter a series of recommendations and conclusions are generated for the system of knowledge transfer and research results at the national level.
