Planificación del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para componentes hidráulicos Diamante S.A.S, de acuerdo con el Decreto 1072 de 2015

Abstract

This work have an objective to plan a System of Safety Management and Health in the Work (in forward SGSST) for Hydraulics Components Diamante S.A.S in agreement with the parameters indicated in the Decree 1072 of 2015 and employees in the cycle P.H.V.A: plan, do, check and act. Hydraulics Components Diamante S.A.S is a company that it dedicated to manufactures and distributed of all kind of connections and racores in general, hoses and terminuses for use in industrial, self-propelling and agricultural machine. The company count with a trajectory consolidated of 12 years in the market and dedicated to execution different projects in big part of the national territory. It has one production department that design new products and processes constantly. However, there is demonstrated that the company doesn’t has with one System of safety management and health in the work, breaking with the Decree 1072 of 2015. In the execution process of the practice of internship the aims to achieve that Hydraulics Components Diamante S.A.S give beginning to the phase of planning of System of safety management and health in the work, being conscious of the importance of meet and control the ricks to which the workers are exposed, for it the importance of proposing measures of control to avoid and to reduce the risk of work accidents and occupational diseases.
