Abstract

The company Instalaciones Técnicas y Tecnología SAS (ITYT SAS), offers the opportunity to Gabriela Pinzón López to carry out the internship as a degree option in the technology career in civil constructions of the Francisco José de Caldas District University, said internship is developed in the Project analyst position, basically in charge of supervising, coordinating and developing control over different activities implemented by the company in question, which consist of the provision of services at the national level mainly related to the management of quotes, proposal of use of materials and the development of the different processes involved in the application of each of the services offered by the company. During the time of the internship, it was possible to interact with trained and experienced personnel in the different tasks of the civil works and maintenance area, as well as with clients from whom valuable information has been obtained that enriches the commercial experience as in the case of companies such as Popsy, Arturo Calle, Panamericana, Dentisalud, Giros y Finanzas, among others.
