Abstract

It is intended to analyze in detail the three territorial planning tools: General Plan of Forest Management, Plan of Management and Development of the Hydrographic Basin, and Basic Plan of Territorial Organization, review the legal framework that it defines them as well as the content and structure of the document approved by the responsible entities, examining the support cartography and determining common areas and differences between the plans according to the land use available in each one. This will allow a spatial and content level comparison, to select indicators focused on land use, later through a comparative matrix, coherence, articulation and information gaps will be determined among the territorial planning tools object of study.
