Resumen
This project consists of the design of a set of printed circuit boards that allow upgrading the connection system of a modular robot from a wired medium to a wireless medium. The robot will maintain communication in a controlled environment independent of the arrangement of the modules, achieving greater flexibility and adaptation. The movement of the robot is achieved by means of motion primitives, which can be considered as control signals provided by the locomotion generators, and which represent the fundamental and necessary movement abilities. The technology with which we worked is radio frequency Wi-Fi, the results demonstrate the usefulness of WiFi modules for obtaining real-time data and information from sensors and positioning, for the test of the wireless connection was performed by means of the Thingspeak platform in its free version, this is a platform that allows storing data sent from devices or applications based on IoT (Internet of Things) and belongs to the company MatWorks, Therefore, this is a practical solution that reduces the complexity of the wired connection system, this platform was used to send 1200 data with an interval of 15 seconds between each data due to limitations of the platform, while using the commercial version of the same, you can send data every second.
