Abstract

A proposal of standardization of processes is made in Productos de Aseo GR E.U., from the observation and investigation of the productive processes of the company it is established that the little control that the processes have generated an important variation in the characteristics of the product, which translates to the detriment of the quality of the product since there is no established manufacturing method, nor documented procedures that help to reduce this variation, a study of times is required to standardize the manufacturing processes of each the references, having as a main element the approach of the problem arises the question "Up to what level can the improvement in quality and compliance in the products offered by Productos de Aseo GR E.U., through the standardization of processes? this is the formulation of a proposal for standardization of processes in Productos de Aseo GR E.U. to improve the quality and compliance in their products. The steps to follow were the gathering of information on all the products that the company makes taking into account process diagrams, flow diagrams, movements and time work, resulting in the base information to be able to model the productive processes of the company in the simulation software ProModel, the results of the simulation are analyzed, from which the critical variables of the process in which the proposal will be focused arise. By simulating the proposals, an improvement in the current productive performance is observed, obtaining that the line is more efficient, having a greater control and quality in the processes.
