Sistematización de experiencias dentro del marco de educación inclusiva en la IED OEA: Perspectivas desde la práctica pedagógica de docentes en formación de Humanidades y Lengua Castellana

Abstract

The knowledge, feelings, reflections and questions that came up as a result of the pedagogical practice carried out at the high school OEA by the pre server teachers specialized in the field of Spanish and literature were collected, arranged and analyzed through the Systematization of Experiences method with the purpose of extracting an amount of communicative knowledge that can contribute to the construction and improvement of the practicum educational field. Through the creation of experience logs in which the pre server teachers what they lived in the classroom during the pedagogical practicum, interviews and some other resources, it was identified several dynamics that on one hand, make possible the inclusion process in the educational environment, however, it was necessary to explain some factors that make this procedure difficult as well. All this, in order to promote the reflection and debate regarding on the educational care of people with disabilities in inclusion contexts to achieve a transformation and positive change in this scenario.
