Resumen
The reading process in children is one of the most important steps so that in the course of their lives they can project qualities that help their development as people, but unfortunately nowadays they live in a world where not everyone has the capacity to learn to the same rhythm and with the same educational processes; People who suffer a disability are those who can not develop all their skills because they do not receive the proper care to do so.
In the case of people with Down syndrome, inclusive education must be offered, which means that they can also interact with ordinary students and thus improve their cognitive abilities. But seeing that today students are learning more easily with the tools of information and communication technologies, it is evident that they do not have the ability to handle them and thus they are falling behind in their line of learning and are not immersed in this.
Evidencing this problem, a technological solution is defined, whereby through the medium of information and communication technologies, a program can be carried out where children of Down's syndrome between 7 and 9 years old can have knowledge. of reading and likewise relate to the tools that are immersed in the world today and that is of vital importance that can also interact with them.
