Abstract

What is intended with the proposal presented in this project is to evaluate the feasibility of integrating two of the most important links in the productive chain, such as the production of the standing pig and the benefit of the pigs to reach the final consumer with better control of the quality of the product while maintaining a competitive price, this will focus on the department of Boyacá where there is a lack of full-cycle producers and, above all, of technified plants for the benefit of pigs.
