Los Administradores particulares de Hacienda tendrán un sueldo deducible del 15% de lo recaudado, fijado por el Administrador en acuerdo con el Prefecto. Los Tesoreros de Distrito que ejerzan como Administradores disfrutarán del 6% de lo recaudado. Los sueldos de los Administradores generales y particulares tendrán un límite máximo. En resumen, se establecen medidas para la recaudación eficiente de impuestos y el control de fondos en el Estado de Cundinamarca.
