Resumen
This degree work is part of the research modality. This monograph was made from the teaching practice itself and the comparison of it with other experiences. Systematizing and analyzing the Academic Management carried out in cycle 2, morning session of the Colegio Ciudad Bolívar Argentina (CCBA), during the implementation of the pedagogical proposal “Learn at Home”. The research has an ethnographic and auto-ethnographic approach, in which data was collected through field diaries, interviews, surveys, and documentary review of meetings, minutes, reports and circulars. Allowing to collect the strategies implemented by the institution, while recognizing the gaze of students, parents, counselor and teachers in front of the processes that were carried out, to identify strengths and aspects to be promoted that contribute to the improvement of the Academic management.
