Currently in the Sociedad Fiduciaria de Desarrollo Agropecuario S.A. In its Macroprocess of Technological Management - Technological Services Management it contains the User Management process, a process by which users, whether new or old, make requests for services to the Technology area, for example, the allocation of computer equipment, creation email, permissions on shared folders, among others. Despite the fact that the process is well documented, it does not generate a high level of satisfaction among users, since several deficiencies are frequently present, such as the following: ● Delays in the approval process by the area directors and application managers of up to more than 1 business days. ● There is no adequate planning for the high variability of the personnel plant. ● Loss of 5% of assignment requests due to loss of physical forms, generating reprocessing and inconvenience for officials. In order to take advantage of the functionalities of the current service desk platform, it is proposed to implement the User Management process on it, in order to reduce the approval and management times within the process, guaranteeing adequate care planning and traceability of requests to company officials.
