Resumen
The active pause is the time to change activities in a collective or individual way into the workplace. This has the purpose of minimizing the negative consequences of work labor. The active pauses between 10 to 15 minutes change the musculoskeletal and cardiovascular system. In Colombia in the obesity and no transmissive illness prevention context this activity is encouraged and regulated by the ”Ministerio de Protección Social” in 2009,s law 1355, article N 5, that law established: they will regulate some ways for all the companies around the country encourage the active pauses. The objective is to evaluate the implemented active pause activity in the (Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural) during the 2018. The methodology was through a descriptive observational study to the Minagrucultura’s occupational safety and health management system structure and process through a check list an interview and survey as data recollection tool to determine the components that act in the planning design and development of the active pause activity strategy to evaluate the results a descriptive observational analysis was done with the absenteeism informs, screening informs, occupational medical exams, and kapra those determined their condition and the most important aspects as evaluation tool. The average of criteria reach to the right structure and process was 59% and 33%. The result of the 2015 until 2017 absentism informs, 2015 until 2018 occupational exams, 2017 screenings and 2017 kapra, are really complete although those doesn't have any connexion between the dates and the people that let track the company population. As main problem in the structure the resources distribution and organization is not enough to the planning active pause activity, in the process the resources an standards are not enough to development the activity, in the evaluation result doesn't look like the pause active activity made any improvement in the workers condition and a increase of the sintomatology in the 2015 to 2017 absence an in the 2016 to 2018 occupational exams. As a conclusion, exist evidence that the Minister in the structure have the work papers to do an active pause planning, in the process it has the people to do it and encourage the strategy and in the results we could see the good development of the activity could have some effects on the population, also they need to update the objectives and the check epidemiology program, it doesn't have communication strategies to support the information and not enough materials and resources to support the development active pause activity and control it to have improvements on it and reach the PHVA cycle.
