Resumen
This project shows the results obtained from the intervention work carried out with students from a public school in the city of Bogotá characterized by a context of violence that affects coexistence conflicts in the school setting. It aims to establish whether school coexistence can be strengthened by implementing student empowerment strategies. In the project, empowerment is assumed as a powerful tool that enables the transformation of the school, starting from an awareness of itself, those around it, its context and the problems that arise in it, which Through a conscious, active, creative and collective exercise, strategies are agreed to make it possible to overcome problems for mutual benefit. For the implementation of the project and the collection of information, a series of workshops was designed and a focus group was defined with which the reflection on the proposed pedagogical intervention, called Gestores de Paz, was carried out.
