Formulación del plan de gestión integral de residuos peligrosos del Comando de Educación y Doctrina (CEDOC), ubicado en el Cantón Norte, Bogotá D.C

Abstract

The formulation of the integral management plan for hazardous waste of the Education and Doctrine Command (upper unit attached to the National Army of Colombia, responsible for the realization of plans and policies, together with the supervision of training centers, training schools, and brigades of instruction and training), is carried out with the objective of complying with the internal directive 00230 of 2017 that this institution presents in the environmental part, with respect to the item of solid waste management, which does not show depth with respect to waste of type dangerous and a clear proposal for its development. To carry out this work, 2 phases were taken into account, an experimental one in which surveys, interviews, characterizations and the respective socialization were carried out, and another one of documentary review for the determination of a diagnosis, afterwards a policy of according to the needs found in the initial phase and what the internal directive mentioned; To support this policy, a series of processes, procedures and programs were proposed to propose solutions to the problem in an understandable way for the personnel working in the unit. In addition, a cost benefit matrix was developed to publicize the advantages of carrying out the plan together with the respective elements for its development
