Diseño e implementación del Plan de Emergencias y Contingencias para la Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores.

Abstract

In this plan to emergencies guidelines are found to face a possible disaster or emergency, so initially a risk analysis according to the threats and own vulnerabilities of the institution is found, allowing assess potential dangers and identify different strategies to minimize then the proposed organizational chart, which is directed to the timely and affective reaction of the different strategic, tactical and operational levels, for which was found in detail the various action plans were found, within them the evacuation plan and standard operating procedures to proceed in the best way for an eventual disaster or emergency. Similarly contingency plan which is is based on the emphasis on attention massive events of people, because of the crowds flowing through the headquarters facility Bolivar, and in turn focuses on the main risks is obtained in the matrix interpretation thereof. Finally the training program which includes schedule of courses and / or workshops for different population groups, and the phases of renovation and audit plan for emergencies and contingencies are found.
