Resumen
Thinking about subjectivity development implies to recognize the role of the new technologies in our culture and the way in which they mediate the socialization processes and production of senses. The school plays an important role as it is one of the most important places where that process is carried out and it is not indifferent to the immersion of our society in the digital age. This article wants to rescue the subjective and intersubjective dimension about the techno -mediated learning in a fundamental topic such as the children’s rights understanding in order to gain a social and political transformation in the traditional education where learning -although is still mediated by technology- continues getting away the knowledge from the own experience.
