Resumen
Sexuality is a transversal dimension of the human being and its development, being part of the personal and collective identity, in its biological, psychological, and social processes intervene. Thus, the objective of this work was to generate a participatory diagnosis with the secondary school students of El Bosque Educational Institution (Soacha, Cundinamarca), which contributes to the design of the Transversal Pedagogical Project in Sexuality Education and an intervention proposal for the institution, from a human development and rights perspective. For doing this, a mixed research methodology was used, using the questionnaire and the "problem tree" as instruments for collecting information, and complementary sources additionally. Some of the main problems identified were difficulty in establishing family ties, difficulties in self-esteem, discrimination and disrespect towards different sexual orientations, lack of critical awareness regarding gender roles, framed in three causes: lack of meaningful ties settled and constructive affective patterns, education received in the family within the cultural context and lack of training in sexuality in different settings.
