Food Dipsa SAS, is based their competitiveness in provide customers quality products, such that allows them to grow and improve their profitability. Therefore it is important the improvement and implementation of quality tools based on statistical methods to identify causes and mistakes and in turn contribute to the company's solutions to the problems presented. The goal of this work was to make a proposal for solving problems by designing a methodological guide based on Six Sigma tool for product improvement process in Dipsa Food S.A.S. The development of the project involved the development of a diagnosis of the current situation of the company, for this it was used a direct observation and the collection of historical data such as participation in sales, fulfillment of production, share of production and percentage of products are not conforming, of which helped identify the production line and the product of greater participation and importance to the company. Also through the control charts the critical variables of problem with the production line were identified cereal bars. As a result of this analysis the Six Sigma methodology guide was developed through the DMAMC cycle identified: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control, in which it was explained each stage accompanied by their respective exemplification. The Guide focused to suggest possible solutions to the problems found during the development of the work, and finally were made recommendations and the benefits it brings the implementation of Six Sigma methodology to improve the product in process and reducing non-compliant products within the company was exposed.
