This report arises as a result of the research carried out on the population of the 5th grade of the Centauros mixed high school, a private entity, with the interest of establishing qualification standards for students from the recreational component, taking into account indicators such as motivation and the creation of mental models, these two defined from the subjectivity and particularity of each participant of the investigation, therefore the base method of inquiry was the case study. The method of collection used was based on a test of previous ideas which considered ten open and contextualized questions from animated cartoons, relationships between living beings and specific concepts of science for the degree in question, from this it selects tastes for cartoons and the amazement for the knowledge of science within the laboratory. Therefore, playful and diverse activities are established in relation to 5 themes found in the curriculum of the population, of which two are formally developed. As a product of impact to the population, the creation of qualitative indicators from the motivation and the creation of mental models is established and taken for granted, both aimed at propitiating environments based on the attitude toward science in students.
