Resumen
This degree work studied experimentally, different models proposed in the literature to explain the nonlinear response of the V / I ratio of ionized soils and their application on a dirt floor plant to voltage pulses beam type in a cylindrical arrangement coaxial . To achieve this purpose a description of the soil and its nonlinear response was made, together with an analysis of the most widespread in literature national and international models. Subsequently, the experimental setup was implemented and conducted tests in the High Voltage Laboratory (LAT) of the Faculty of Technology of the University District. From these tests the physical variables (taken at the time of each test) that were applied to the mathematical models were obtained. Subsequently a comparative analysis of the theoretical results with voltage and current signals taken experimentally performed. Finally, the results obtained it was concluded or what models which better approximate the response of soil under study (before lightning impulse voltage type) in order to provide input that advance knowledge of this phenomenon.
