Resumen
This project is based on the design and manufacture of a machine for the elaboration of bodies for surgical masks, which was an element of important personal protection to prevent the spread of the SARS COV-2 virus and for the same reason it had a great increase in its demand, generating shortages throughout the national territory. To develop the design process, the starting point was taken customer needs, which together with technical engineering specifications It is possible to define a possible solution to each of the requirements through the QFD matrix. In turn, the legal restrictions implemented were taken into account. by the government to date for the manufacture of this type of machinery. For On the other hand, a detailed design is achieved from the engineering methodology reverse, thus determining the main systems of the equipment to be manufactured. Subsequently, the memory of calculations that support the detailed technical specifications by reverse engineering and with the help of the SolidWorks ® 2019 software, the general modeling of the machine and the generation of plans for its manufacture. Finally, the manufacture of the non-standard components of the equipment, the acquisition of the normalized components was generated proceeding to perform the assembly of each of the systems that made up the machine.
