Resumen
This work systematizes the Intersubjectivities experience through personal diaries, a tool for reading and writing historical memory, by Master Carlos Andrés Martínez Pacheco, a graduate of the Francisco José de Caldas District University, developed at the IED Carlos Alban Holguín, in town 7 of Bosa San Jose of Bogota, Colombia. Methodologically, the Qualitative Research and the Systematization of Experiences were approached within the framework of the development of this work and that contributes to the recovery of what was lived in the experience. The main categories found were: Systematization of experiences: a way of reconstructing from what has been lived, The importance of building historical and collective memory from the educational field, Weaving relationships with the other from intertextuality, Reading and writing: a magical experience through stories and Humanist education, a possibility to transform the educational system. Finally, it is highlighted how the dialogue with practicing teachers enriches the training of children's pedagogues from a space in which knowledge is built and nurtured from interaction and recognition.
