Resumen
Throughout this project will find the different concepts of technologies, types, uses and implementation in higher education described by different authors. The importance of technology in the educational processes is described, the technologies and technological means implemented by the curricular project are related, as well as the evaluation of the technological content taking into account the technological measurements and the technologies proposed within the programmatic contents; this is carried out by the application of matrices, composed by weighting factors using the Heuristic method. In the same way, perception surveys are carried out involving all the actors involved in the process, in order to obtain a more consolidated result and in accordance with the different points of view. to the research carried out and with the purpose of strengthening the curricular project.
