Apoyo en la elaboración del plan de manejo integral de los residuos sólidos en la empresa Carbocom S.A.S

Abstract

The main objective of this document is the formulation of the integrated solid waste management plan (PMIRS) in the company CARBOCOM CI S.AS located in the municipality of Funza, with the purpose of improving, minimizing and preventing environmental problems, for this, a diagnosis of the current situation of solid waste management generated by the different activities in the company was made, using a matrix that allowed to evaluate their compliance and thus to determine alternatives such as programs, calculation methods and daily activities for the use of solid waste while maintaining continuous improvement to achieve the objectives and goals set. Therefore, as a result of this practice, the points of generation of solid waste in the administrative and plant areas were identified, determining the solid waste with the highest generation, among them is the calcium carbonate waste originated by the different phases for the elaboration of the raw material, classified as a non-usable solid waste. The cardboard and the steel mesh filter are usable materials from the different activities in the company.
