Resumen
Birds are one of the animal groups that are responsible for the dispersal and pollination of plants, it allows the regeneration and maintenance of forests; However, human settlements and their economic activities fragment and reduce constantly natural habitats, restricting some communities to relicts. This work presents a list of the plant species with greater food functionality for birds in the southern sector of the Mountain District Ecologic Park Cerro la Conejera in the city of Bogotá through a network of interactions as an evidence of the mutualistic relations existent between the birds and plants of the place of study. Visual samplings of the birds were carried out by means of the intensive search census method, determining, in the case of frugivorous and nectarivorous birds, the plants that offer them food resources. In addition fog nets were arranged to take samples of pollen and seeds in each individual captured; the samples were determined by comparative morphological characters. 46 bird species were observed, 34 individuals of 16 species were captured, of which 154 seeds and 6 pollen samples corresponding to 7 plant species were obtained. There were 28 interactions between 13 bird species and 13 plant species.
