Resumen
Currently the study of the value of the soil is considered of great importance for any population, taking into account that in the last decade in Colombia approximately 50 road infrastructure projects have been developed that connect the different cities from the center of the country with some coastal cities and maritime ports whether they are first, second, third or fourth generation work and due to these developments that the country is currently running, the need for greater clarity regarding the values of the soil has been increasing. Currently of the 40 road infrastructure works that are developed in the country, in Antioquia 8 projects are in execution in their different phases, either in pre-feasibility or studies, design, environmental management, property or social, property purchase, construction , improvement, rehabilitation, operation, maintenance and sustainability of the road network; one of these infrastructure projects that is currently underway is the project called autopistas al mar1:Which comprises the section from the túnel de occidente (Medellín) through the municipalities of San Jerónimo, Sopetrán to culminate in the municipality of Santa Fe de Antioquia, this project includes 176 kilometers and for its realization 481 properties are needed.
