Resumen
In order to generate the next Environmental Management Plan for the Páramo of Guerrero Complex under the responsibility and jurisdiction of the CAR of Cundinamarca, the environmental zoning of the study area is carried out, defined as the part of the paramo area contained within the municipality of Zipaquirá, the first municipality to work by the team of DGOAT professionals together with the aforementioned interns for the year 2022. In turn, in order to generate an innovative academic internship blueprint and in an effort to provide better technical inputs for decision-making decisions by the entity, the multi-temporal analysis of the study area is carried out between the years 2012 and 2022. During the development of the project, the management of databases, the recognition and acquisition of cadastral and socioeconomic information in the field, the use of geographic information systems as well as remote sensing tools, necessary to generate the resulting statistics and cartographies, are highlighted. to meet the project objective. In methodological terms, the acquisition of primary cadastral and socioeconomic information of the almost 600 properties that make up the study area is evident; feeding some matrices or databases that are then intertwined with the secondary information provided by the CAR of Cundinamarca and the Mayor's Office municipality of Zipaquirá, and that ultimately are the ones that allow the zoning to be generated. In parallel, the multi-temporal study and analysis is carried out by comparing the classification of use and coverage with the Corine Land Cover methodology at level 2 using Landsat and Sentinel 2 satellite images through the improved vegetation index (EVI). As a result, the strong highly technical agricultural intervention is evidenced, as well as the complex dependency and roots of many inhabitants as a means of subsistence and/or by tradition, the properties of uses prohibited by law are found and the projection of a possible scenario is analyzed, comparing the dynamics of land use since 2012 with the one presented today.
