Resumen
In the territory of Soacha, have been presenting deep transformations in its structure, economic, social, demographic and territorial specifically, they have produced a significant concentration of population in space, particularly urban regional imbalances, which must now be addressed. Since its inception, Soacha becomes a clandestine territory without any planning or territorial organization, despite this, the Plan emerges Municipal Land Management. Spatial planning has to focus early and creatively, it is necessary to introduce corrective measures that anticipate developments as they arise. The municipal administration encourage effective processes and real participation by both the administration and civil society, recognizing the positive value of this type of participation in the monitoring and control of the Municipality Management Plan. From urban policy, and development control, the need to order the municipality and the lack of information to the community will be addressed. The Land Use Planning provides the overall framework for the formulation of other management tools such as partial implementation plans including information on the projects they are working in all directions of the Municipality.
