Resumen
As a fundamental part of the research, the problem statement is a main characteristic of the teacher – researcher, which allows him / her not just to formulate research problems, but to find and aswer constantly questions related to his/her labor as well. In the present work it will be shown the main changes of this characteristic, identified in three math teachers from Bogota who are part of the teachers group whom a training proposal in research designed by the research group CRISÁLIDA was applied to. The information was collected along the training process of the teachers by means of observations and interviews, whose thorough analysis yielded as main result that collaborative work is essential for the focussing on research interests and the problem statement.
