Diagnóstico de los factores ergonómicos en la planta de producción de la empresa Fruttale S.A.S.

Abstract

Today as the pulper Fruttale S.A.S. small lack of a diagnosis, appropriate working conditions and hazards to which their workers are exposed reason why have some accidents and incidents which have a direct impact on the productivity and health of the worker. The company pulper Fruttale S.A.S., does not have a system of management of safety and health at work which middle east policies and directives to be followed for the prevention of hazards, incidents, accidents and professional diseases of workers, caused from the performance of their duties, thereby preventing actions of prevention developed by the ARL and the pulper Fruttale S.A.S. company Fruttale S.A.S conscious environment and levels of danger in which its employees are immersed in plant, due to the daily development of its activities, considered of main beyond, to generate and improve policies that allow wellness to the people, somehow it wants to jump in design of security and health works system, beginning to identification of dangerous inside the company. Through a correct characterization of the performed processes, the identification of hazards and the recognition of the productive process, manages to develop successful policies of the SST, for their subsequent design and implementation. Taking into account that in Colombia, 2015 1072 decree establishes mandatory implementation of system management, security and health at work to the private and official company and not holding the disproportionate economic sanctions, becomes priority to start with the identification of hazards and the respective evaluation through different methods. OKRA, JSI, and GTC 45 methods were used for this case.
