Resumen
This degree project aims to analyze the management of institutional well-being in an official educational institution, from the implementation of questionnaires created taking into account Guide # 34 of the Ministry of Education and the evaluation matrix of teacher Luis Lozano applied to different population groups of the educational community, in order to contribute to a quality education from the diagnosis. Taking into account the problem situation presented in the institution, a review of concepts such as institutional well-being, quality and management is made from various authors and the ministry of education as the entity in charge of regulating, directing and guiding the institutional evaluation processes and subsequently the instrument applied through a google form. Finally, this work quantitatively shows the results obtained from the variables efficacy, institutional climate and organizational climate, obtaining important conclusions from the research itself and others as a recommendation for the educational institution.
