Diseño e implementación de un sistema de gestión de información para el área de entrenamientos y comunicaciones de HSE del Geo mercado LAN (Latinoamérica Norte) de Schlumberger

Abstract

This project under the modality internship. It has been made in Schlumberger Surenco-Base Cota, Cundinamarca. This multinational has operations in 85 countries divided into 17 Geo-markets. The Team HSE’s Geo-Market LAN (Latin-American North). It is conformed by Colombia, Ecuador and Peru. They didn’t have an information management system to standardize and streamline the process to public and sign up to the trainings and communications of the Geo-Market LAN HSE. Although, there wasn’t someone to management others SharePoint, Apps and information of the team HSE LAN. Therefore, a shared work point is designed to concentrate the information of the 3 countries through Office 365 with SharePoint and PowerApps. From SharePoint was designed a web page. It contains important information like organizational chart of the Team HSE LAN per Country, news, events and schedule Training. On the other hand, with PowerApps was possible to create apps for the schedule and sign up to the trainings.
