Abstract

This monograph focuses on the preparation of operation manuals and maintenance for workshop welding equipment, specifically focused on electric arc welding, and other processes such as TIG and spot welding. Its main objective is to implement clear documents and detailed instructions that guide both students and technical personnel in the use proper use of this equipment, promoting safe and efficient practices. The work ranges from the technical characterization of the equipment to the creation of step-by-step procedures for its operation, including safety standards safety, use of personal protection elements (PPE). It is also develop specific instructions for preventive maintenance and corrective, in order to prolong the useful life of the equipment and avoid failures unexpected.
