Determinación de impactos ambientales significativos durante el ciclo de vida del uniforme asistencial No.4 Policía Nacional, complejo DIPON

Abstract

This project highlights the importance about life cycle assessment to determine the significant environmental impacts during the productions, use and disposal of uniform number 4 of the General Directorate of the National Police. The different phases concerning the application of life cycle assessment of a particular process are described. Through this case study is a qualitative and quantitative approach to the application lifecycle while receiving fabric, transport, cutting, manufacturing, use and disposal of the uniform is provided. The collection of information is performed, the data is sorted and Life Cycle Inventory (LCI) through openLCA software is obtained. The Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) was carried out using the software openLCA, subsequently classified and estimated inventory results by observing the environmental effects of greater significance. An interpretation of the results of the project takes place and the significant environmental impacts of establishing uniform number 4 and are established conclusions and recommendations.
