Resumen
The lack of adequate infrastructure in informal vending furniture not only affects vendors, but also has a direct impact on unemployment and their quality of life. This project seeks to address the lack of adequate infrastructure for informal vendors in the Santa Fe district of the city of Bogota. For this reason, a modification and adaptation of the infrastructure of the informal sales points is proposed, taking into account aspects of distribution, security, protection against climatic conditions and energy efficiency. The project is expected to improve the working conditions of informal vendors, promote sustainable and efficient practices, and provide an attractive environment for consumers, while also seeking to implement alternative energy sources, such as photovoltaic solar energy, to reduce energy costs and promote sustainable practices. The project is based on an engineering project management approach, which involves market analysis, project planning, project engineering, administrative and economic-financial studies, and implementation of the proposed solutions
