Resumen
Constituent of school life aspects is a theoretical approach to a concrete proposal for school life, where the analyzed institution decides not to take a manual of coexistence as such, but, based on a convivial Decalogue and four guiding principles, of which one they are presented as a central category of analysis, which is the recognition of the other as another legitimate; thus applying the hermeneutical method investigates the origin of the proposal with the teachers involved in the process, who also evaluate their achievements and shortcomings at present, allowing to raise two positions on ethics and coexistence from opposite theoretical framework as Aristotle and Kant's ethics eudaimonia in the proposal highlights the contributions of the philosopher Paul Ricoeur, and his understanding that other legitimate needs of the standards for its relations with others, but can not be in it, but you need other elements that make it effectively democratic, such as participation, communication, power relations and emotions. Therefore other related discipline, besides philosophy, such as sociology and pedagogy are addressed from their critical perspectives. In addition to the documents of public policies on the issue.
