Resumen
This research aims at an approach to diversity in the urban school from an intercultural perspective, from where the reflection was generated around the possibility of recognizing the multiple cultural groups in the school spaces. within the school and integrated into the pedagogical processes; so that children can appropriate their cultural expressions, generate learning that is meaningful to them as they start from their cultural reality and broaden their eyes on different cultural groups, and, thus, openness to the construction of intercultural schools that foster new forms of relationship based on respect and understanding of the value and richness of diversity. To do this, we approach the categories of analysis of pertinence, coexistence and inclusion proposed by the author Carolina Hirmas.
