Implementación del programa TPM - HPS como herramienta de mejoramiento en las líneas de envase Sachet de la Empresa Henkel Colombiana S.A.S – Planta Bogotá

Abstract

In the present work the study and implementation of the TPM methodology was carried out as an improvement tool in the area of ​​TPM - HPS in Sachet, pilot area, of the company Henkel Colombiana SAS, in order to generate a significant impact in Indicators such as waste, personal, machine hours, man hours. The proposal and implementation will address the basic pillars of TPM, 5`s, autonomous maintenance, focused improvements and training, this is due to the time available for progress and development of activities. The initial data, the different results achieved and the results in terms of the benefit achieved for the area will be shown, it is intended to have a relevant impact on the different items proposed and to maintain these improvement parameters.
