Abstract

The purpose of the present monograph is to account for an investigative pedagogical process, which was carried out with children of the Fundación Rehabilitación Integral FRINE, who have multiple disability. This process is developed in the Educational Action Research framework, that allowed to set a goal that seeks to strengthen children’s communicative skills, through pedagogical strategies implemented and created from the Augmentative Communication System (SCA) and the literature. The investigative process achieved a favorable impact for the pedagogical field and the professional development as Bachelor in child pedagogy, because it permitted to expand perspectives about disability and obtained within the practical space a meaningful response by children in the consolidation of new ways of communication in the classroom.
