Resumen
This work aims to create a dramatic text (Monologue) based on the material given by the experience of a body conceived as a dynamic organism, transforming itself day by day; a body conceived as a conjunction between action, mind, word, “soul”, which through the exercise of writing becomes an artistic expression. The work focused on a pedagogy of movement, considered as an awakener of the feeling of “being alive”, promoting and preserving the active, creative personality in human beings (wasn't it so in ancient times?). The dramatic text becomes one in a million of possibilities to write down the travel back into the past from the evocating present, to connect times. It becomes also an occasion to look others, to understand and make conscious the so called “defects” of the self and thus struggle them until acceptation, to transform them into tools that propitiate a cosmic vitality. This paper claims to corroborate the idea that being alert as a body and writing serve to heal and express pains that seemed eternal and unspeakable.
